1. Eligibility: The guarantee is applicable to new students only.

2. Lesson Attendance: Both two lessons must be attended within a scheduled timeframe.

3. Homework Completion: All assigned homework must be completed and submitted on time.

4. Learning Environment: Lessons should be attended in a quiet environment conducive to learning.

5. Refund Request: Refund requests must be made within 3 days following the third lesson.
